B for longevity. A is better for google at the moment, but soon I see B getting higher listings then A, since A is used more by google spammers, while B is more the normal companies, so I can see them switching to prefering B over A.

Thanks guys, just registered one using A but it was the only one left without going to info or net.

I think the best solution would be to use www.my-name-domain.com as the main site(because of SEs) and redirect traffic from www.mynamedomain.com(because of typeins and offline promotion) to the domain with hyphens.
