Fucking cheating trade..need some advices pls - GoFuckYourself.com

i've deleted over 1 week ago a trade because of him low productivity (under 10%) and from then he continue to send me around 1000hits/day without any single hit (0%) prod...
i've tryed to contact the webmaster own of the respectively tgp but he never respond at my messages..
also, from a coupleof days i use. htaccess to bloc the hits from his domain and since then i don't see the hits from them in my tradescript (ttt) , but i see the hits in the log referers from my host...this mean that he continue to burn my bandwidth?

...how can i stop this cheater?

Edit: sorry i didnt read your whole post

Redirect dont takes to many bandwidth but if you want do it better you can ask you admin to deny any incoming traffic from him with iptables or ipchains
