I have been searching everywhere. I want something for foreign surfers so they can join MY site. This is what I want...

I basicallly want to redirect some countries to an alternate join page. I want this join page to have a few options. 1 month for $30-35, 2 months for $60-70, and so on. They will be billed thru a dialer for the amount they chose. They are then sent an email with a username and pass. Also a username a pass will be added to my password database. Their membership is canceled at the end of the term and they are then removed from my password database. No rebills.

Is there such a thing? I am not too familiar with dialers so I don't know if this kind of billing can be done.
