There is no excuse for an american company serving primary folks from the US to have it any other way. I can see if it's stuff that mostly is sold elsewhere, but rarely is that the case.

US & Canada should be at the top. How many people do you fucking think buy shit from afghanistan online? I'd be willing to bet most sites do 99% of their business to the US & Canada that are shipping tangible goods.
