probably would be easier and quicker just to complain to the processor or host.

fbi isn't going to do much especially if the site turns out to be technically legal.

No one is denying that...just stating the obvious.

That the easier route especially if this site is not considered illegal would be just to make their financial life hell.

I don't make the laws, I don't enforce the laws so don't shoot the messenger.

This issue has been discussed to death, and asacp has stated on numerous occassions that they have trouble getting these so called art sites shut down...take it up with them not me

It's a government conspiracy to get CP onto the cache's of webmasters. Then when the obscene prosecutions come, they'll nail them with this also after recovering it with forensic software.
