Just wondering how much Paypal charges you per transaction done on your debit/credit card they send you, is it different if you use a "cash advance" vs. using it as a CC?
anyone know what the Paypal Debit/Credit Card Fees are?

Paypal has their very own website. You should check it out. Something tells me it will contain information about Paypal...perhaps even the info you are looking for.

Thats what i thought but i dont think that is the case.Originally posted by myro
AFAIK there is no fee, they actually give you 'cash back' per use. My wife has her's and I think that's what she said
They do require you to have at least 3 listings on eBay per month though.
I bought something yesterday for $260 CDN. For that transaction paypal tool 222USD out of my account to pay for it, but if i were to convert that 222USD at the exchange rate for yesterday it would be roughly 290CDN, a difference of $30CDN.Comment

The money is debited from your PayPal Account. You can check your

Find the part where it refers to the "Credit Card" aspect of it and you got yourself a cool $20 coming your way. AFAIK that only explains the debit card transactions, which i dont believe is the same as a credit card transaction.Comment

When I use my credit card to send money, will I get charged a cash advance fee?
No, you will not be charged a cash advance fee if you send money for a "Service," "Goods - Auction," or "Goods - Non-Auction" transaction. For these transaction types, PayPal charges your credit card the same way a business does, and you will only be charged for the transaction amount. If you send money for a "Quasi-Cash" transaction and pay with a credit card, your credit card issuer may treat the transaction as a cash advance and charge you cash advance fees. PayPal has no control over this. If you send money for a "Quasi-Cash" transaction, you may want to use a payment method other than your credit card (e.g., your bank account) to avoid potential fees.

You should pay me $20 for not even bothering to read my question and for making me waste time reading your response which had absolutely nothing to do with my question

"Since you are enrolled in the PayPal Preferred program, you receive a
1.5% cash-back bonus whenever you use the PayPal Debit Card for a
signature-based transaction, i.e., using it like a credit card.
The exchange rate will be calculated anytime funds are converted from

factor as well as a currency conversion fee.

Looks like they hit you up with a couple of other fees along the way which they dont tell you about.Comment
