I usually try to stay up the entire day before or try to get crappy sleep the night before so I can go to sleep earlier, working out helps too.
I advise against sleeping pills, especially in combination with alcohol. I used to think alchohol would do it too, but I found whiskey just keeps me up longer. |
a nice bowl of weed a couple hours before bed works wonders.

i like sleepinal
i used to take nyquil, then tylenol pm.. but now its just sleepinal i havent taken anything the past 2 mights, and my dreams are crazy. :( |

I second that about Ambien.
I also like Sonata accasionally. It put you out quicker and is gone in about 4 hours. SO if you wake up at 3am you can take it and be ok by 7 or 8. |

Any antihistamine will work. Benadryl works best! :thumbsup
