How many banner clicks per 1000 visits do you have on TGP (or another) galleries ?
I have only about 4

Is it so bad, or it is normal ratio ?

1000 ppl 4 clicks,do you have text on/around the banner.

this only means that the surfers are not interested in the banner/site. That's MO

do you mind posting a URL.

look at your site.

Would you click on the banner?

2-5% Clicks on Galleries is Normall

and i depend on your traffic ( what niche do they come from ? )
and is your banner from the same Niche..

That's pretty bad. I usually get about a 4% to 10% clickthru on my galleries, but I don't use banners. I use text links and graphics to entice surfers. Banners don't usually get as many clicks as creative text links. Do you add text links above and/or below your banners or are you just using banners alone?

Of course, i have content and banner the same niche. I tied various niches, some had even worse result

since it's already on a TGP you can't change it, just take what advice you get here then use it for your next gallery

I'm using sponsor's banners. I tried to make one gallery with one banner and another text link, with some text. Standard banner had 2 times more clicks, than text link.

Do you mention in link/banner that it's redirecting to pay site ? (Like Trial only $1), or you don't write nothing about $$$ ?

Looks good. I'd bold that font at the bottom that says "Special offer : 3 Day Trial for only $1.00 NOW !"

Also, it's pay raise, not payrise. Most of your surfers are likely form the U.S. Just a little tip.

It's already submitted, so I'll leave this gallery as it is.
Next time I'll try to do it better, maybe it would be better not to make whole text like link ? Now it's whole underlined, that's why you think that it is hard to read ?

There's a whole art to creating banners that get high click ratios just like there is for creating tours that convert. With banners you always have this balancing act between high view to click ratios and sending over qualified enough traffic so it doesn't suck bandwidth and generate no revenue. Doing this on TGPs is like a doubly difficult art. =]
