Hey maybe you could get on the pill, it does clear acne for women. Again see a dermatologist, ask porn question get better answer.

Or use an exfoliating sponge with a dove sensitive bar and warm water. not hot, not cool, just... warm. and don't scrub that shit.

Otherwise go see the doctor if it's moderate to quite bad, they should be able to prescribe a thick yellow-beige colored solution that smells a little like methylated spirit, as I remember it bleaches whatever it comes into contact with so beware if you don't use white towels... the name escapes me now but I'll see if I can remember in the morning
