First off..there is no "vice" unit. He watched too much miami vice I think. It's sex crimes. 403-206-8390 is the number to call to find out. Major crimes is headed up by a Major Davison, and a Cochran runs the sex crimes division. There is no vice crimes division at all.
And yes...there is an active complaint against him. He's a "known" person, but they won't say why. My guess..I'm not the first.Comment
