Ahhh you know GFY can be evil. I couldn't just broker work though or I'd drop the R and go broke myself. I can't make guarantees on work from just anyone. I have to work with people who I spend a shit ton of time teaching all the steps. Lots of talented graphic guys out there but very few who get profitablity over visual appeal.
