Thanks I noted the money issue I'll pay them less. Well I'm 20yrs old I have a bunch of friends. I pay $100 finders fee and so far I have 3 more takers so that's 4 girls so far.

edit: also I placed a newspaper ad that didnt do shit so I wasted $600 and only got old ugly woman to apply.

I was just worried if I found a beautiful girl they wouldnt do it for $400 so I offer like $1000 if they are really beautiful.

I agree she seems decent on vid, I'm sure she's a real fox when you sit next to her and suck in all the pheromones and what not, thinking 'shit she's 4 feet from me' but remember cameras change things from viewer perspective and shooter perspective.

That said, remember this is GFY, put on your 'thick skin' content dealer hat and take things said on GFY witha a grain of salt, also you will need to see through all the ego, bs, etc. ultimately your sales of content will be the real judge of her talent :winkwink:

btw. I thought she didn't look to good in the stills, it really chunks her up and she doesn't seem to move well with it, was this her first shoot btw?

Before you see the girls you should say that you pay between $400 and $1000.

If she shows up and she's not so hot she gets $400, but if she shows up and she's the next Silvia Saint then she gets $1000.

Don't just give them all $900 like that girl, because for a successful teen paysite you will need more than 2 new girls a month to retain members. I would say 1 new girl a week and release the video set gradually over 3 seperate updates within that week.

Find your favorite video and photo set, the ones you enjoy the most. Go through them but THIS time with a PEN in your hand [GRIN] and make notes. What poses, positions and shots are the best, where is the camera in relation to the performers, where are the lights, etc.

Have a shot list for both stills and video before you start and remember that the lighting is usually different for stills than for Video, depending on the cameras.

Pick out the hottest photo you've ever seen and when you interview a prospective model try to imagine her in the pose from that photo and see in your mind what she'll look like.

These things worked for me, hope they help you.

one nonporn comment better makeup, makeup can make the difference between a girl looking hard or like the girl next store. No ghetto or whore colors ,there is a great book makeup for photographers. Also learn three point lighting, harsh shadows can also make someone look very hard. Also try to always pay the least possible amount, you are not charity. As far as the rest to shoot hot porn pics or clips I think its either you have the eye or not I dont think it can be taught.
