I think he's asking about on online only card, I think they call it a virtual card. yes they do have that if you have an account with them, you can apply and they will give you a visa number and you don't receive a card. or you can apply for the debit card that comes out of your account and is a mastercard.

I have the paypal visa, and it is a regular credit card.
yes you can use it online

My original card is a debit card which gives access to money sent to you via paypal
