The topic looked to me like one of the all too common threads where one party is accusing another party of scamming them.

People who do not read the thread might gain the wrong impression and in that sense you're not being overly fair.

Commonsense tells you that there are a multitude of reasons why you might have signed up, not received a confirmation email yet still been placed into both the members access list and mailing list of charly's content site.

Had you contacted Charly directly or even asked the question on GFY then you might have resolved your problem and everyone would be happy.

It frustrates me to see the continual bickering and slandering which goes on around the boards. Half of the webmaster community need to grow the fuck up and start acting like the business professionals they want to be rather than childish idiots.

The real "players" in this industry are the ones who conduct themselves with class and act in an appropriate manner toward the people that they do business with. The tossers who think post counts and $ in the bank make them "players" are deluding themselves.

I buy content from Paul Markham, I signed up using my real name and details and he and Eva have always dealt with my orders expeditiously. I have also received his regular emails. I hope that nobody reading just the topic of this thread are put off from buying from Paul simply because of the topic.
