It is a waste of time sendiing a DMCA to reliablehosting.com.

I found a site they host posting spoofs to backdoors of my pay sites and many others.. I sent them a fax and email DMCA attaching screen caps of the offending post with all the passwords.. All I received back was an email asking for evidence.. DUH... Reliable are also nothing but wankers..

So if you have a host who ignores a DMCA you then do a tracert to find their upstream provider who they all need and issue them with the DMCA to include them as well as the site and host.. They do take action :)
