Maximizing traffic should not include billing with no disclosure. EZCLicks offers Webmasters tools to use. There are correct ways to use that tool and there are abusive ways to use that tool. So the answer to your question is, it depends on how these tools are implemented as to how they affect our industry.

We still take the sale, Webmasters get paid. The consumer is commiting the fraud because he shoudn't have signed up because he has to use a different zipcode. It's just for legalities.
