Defend what?

I came on this board to respond to - and get info regarding - a DCMA complaint I recieved while taking tech support calls last Friday morning. If you take the time to read said posts carefully, you may notice that I was actually trying to help. As such the matter was referred to our abuse dept and the site ended up getting pulled.

Where I stopped representing my employer and started representing myself is when a webmaster resorted to a personal attack on me - which I responded to, personally.

Simple as that - and all right there in black and white.
