Oh yea, and go back and break the fuckers jaw,
when he walks out to go home.

I don't think I could have put up with someone throwing shit at my wife and kid. My fuse is way, way too short. The truth is, you probably did the right thing because going to jail or getting beat down won't do you any good but I can't imagine myself not kicking some ass in that situation.

If there's a group of them, hit some with your car. No kidding. If you're being assaulted by a group of pussies who can't fight alone you're justified in doing whatever it takes.

Uh ok. Next you'll be telling us McDonalds is burning Ronald McDonald statues in your front yard.

You do that and you'll have six witnesses saying you tried to rob them, couldn't get the money and started shooting.

You did the right thing driving off. Last thing you want is to provoke violence around your wife and little one.

Now its time for payback.. I would say go back up there and approach the guy. Or call a lawyer.. maybe you can get paid of this.

I learned this from a friend..
Take a fish and a wire hanger. Climb under his car and tie the fish on top of his mufler, everytime he drives the heat will cook it up just enough so that it starts to smell. . . And he wont know where its comming from for weeks.

cherrylula 06-19-2003 08:44 PM

did you expect him to just waste the ice cream cone and fill up a cup with more ice cream? whats the big deal?

but if you want to get back at them, just go to burger king from now on. :2 cents:

Brown Bear 06-19-2003 08:47 PM

Getting someone fired from McDonalds would be a blessing to them I imagine. :1orglaugh

Krusty 06-19-2003 08:48 PM

wow! get the fucker fired and i'd sue the store for assault etc. That's just pathetic what that wanker did! personally i don't think i could handle someone doing shit like that when they're supposed to show good customer service.. :ak47: :BangBang:

The McDonalds in Australia isn't that bad. we don't have that sort of thing happen ... a lot of macdonalds stores have cameras at the window. you could look into if they have that.

What i do when i want something specific from maccas (what we call it) is, when ordering, say eg. "I want a McChicken WITHOUT the sauce." and when they repeat the order say "make sure you don't have the sauce on the mcChicken cos the person who want it is allergic to it!" you could probably add in that you'd sue his ass if there's any on it hahaha.

I'm sure McD's headquarters thought you were making this up. Which you probably are.

The McD's by me did that all the time when I was a kid and ordered ice cream in a cup. They'd put the ice cream in the cup, and then stick a cone on top.

If I didn't want the cone, all I had to do was pull it off instead of being a crybaby.

Nysus 06-19-2003 09:06 PM

Wouldn't McDonald's have video recording of the actions? I'm sure they'd want to catch possible criminals on camera..

Cheers,
Matt

someday very soon a clown with big red floopy shoes, red hair and a red bubble nose will sneak up behind you and put a handgun with a silencer to your head.

You won't even know what happened.

I'll never understand why some people make their own lives so difficult.

Why in the hell would someone make such a fuss because the McDonald's guy put the ice cream with cone in a cup? Sure, maybe the guy was a prick. So what! Don't go back. It's that simple. Tell your brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles, friends... fuck, go tell the neighbors dog about your terrible McDonald's experience. They'll all stop buying McDonald's burgers, problem solved.

You seriously are considering pressing charges because the guy threw ice cream at you? Get real. You're not looking for any vengeance or justification, you're looking for a free buck. The settlement you get, won't be out of his pocket, it will be from McDonald's. If you want vengeance, talk to the district manager. District managers make good money and they take their jobs very seriously. I seriously doubt they would be happy to hear about an ice cream throwing manager.

Somehow I get the feeling you aren't telling the full story. You say 5-6 guys were standing in the window watching their boss throw ice cream at a customer, wife, and baby? That's a pretty tall order. I just can't imagine someone sitting there watching and agreeing with what's happening, that's ridiculous. But then again, I have no idea what Fresno is like.

Just forget the whole incident and never go back. Problem solved. Why create more stress for yourself?
