for the guys that have a aeron miller chairs are there real differences between the basic chair and the adjustables ones they have?

I've got one with all the bells and whistles. the adjustments are well worth it. I can recline the chair slightly.. and even adjust the angle of the bottom part of the chair (lean forward or lean back) it's worth the extra cash.
I have the largest ize chair.. it's great. Even better, I got it for $599 new:-)
