yea, www.boobdollars.com If you are pushing TGP type traffic, the current tours they have convert well, for AVS, ask if you can get their old tour with epoch join codes. I tried both and get 2-3x more sales with their old one then their new one.

Don't confuse Scorescash with score cash.
Score cash is the undisputed undefeated king of boobs

To my knowledge you can use banners and such any way you like. They have some pretty stiff rules about using their content, but that's for your benefit as well.
If some idiot posts 1000 pix on a free host that doesn't help your chances of getting signups.
