i did try to contact you 3 monts ago but with no luck, now i signup with my brothers creditcard, your system did accept it after 9 creditcards, but i dont see anything on my brothers statement

so i need your help to activate my epassporte account?

They had some serious email issues a few months back, have you tried recently? My emails met the same lack of response while they were having the trouble but after they'd corrected them they've always gotten back to me in a timely manner.
