That is simply ridiculous. I don't know one pro-choice person who is pro-abortion much less pro-murder. You seem to be under the impression that pro-choice equals pro-abortion. Sad really considering the argument is about CHOICE. If you'd like to hand over your body to our government, you go right ahead. Most women I know prefer to make their own decisions. It must be the silly belief that we know what we need/want.

Choosing to have Sex is choosing to have Sex, period. Choosing to have sex it is not choosing to have a child, another flat out ridiculous statement. I do love how the women is the only one choosing a child in that statement, does a man choose to impregnate at every ejaculation???

Good point... and I do kind of wonder.. What if you knew a child was to be born and live in horrible pain or die very quickly and painfully after birth.. What if having a child would kill the mother? What about etopic pregnancies? It's definitely not a black and white issue.

The point is, though, where do the rights of one human end and the rights of another one begin? Yes, it's the woman's body, but it's also the baby's LIFE. People can argue all they want to that a fetus isn't really alive until it's X months old, or until it's born, but it's just not true.

If a woman makes the CHOICE to have sex, then she makes the CHOICE to possibly have a child. Period. By the time she gets pregnant, she's already made her "choice". I'm pro-choice... I think the fetus has the right to chooe life. :)

Life is never an accident.

I hate to argue with people, but murder of anyone (whether "legal" or not) is unethical and immoral and it's the one thing in this world I will truly stand up and fight against. People who believe in abortion have the right to believe what they choose, but the babies have their rights, too.

What if it is not the woman's choice... rape, incest, etc?

Please elaborate...

There is a very good book about that, I'll remember it and send you the name, I think you will enjoy it.

Just pointing out that noone has been able to prove that we aren't anything more than a big seething mass of molecules. That makes 'life' a very relative term, allowing comparison between a human being and, say, a houseplant.

They used to think the world was flat, they used to think Earth was the center of the galaxy. I'm afraid that the way things are looking the 'soul' may soon be conclusively added to that list of flawed beliefs. It's fun to be nationalist as a species, but yeah, the world does not revolve around us. Sorry.

Oh crap, I'm a moron. I can NOT read these days...I swear, I saw "Sorry to say it, but there is indisputable scientific evidence that humans have a 'soul'..." (no UNTIL). Wondered what color the sky was in your world...

Never mind. Move along, folks, nothing to see here...

I was just trying to give voices to all those poor houseplants that can't speak for themselves, you fucking murderers.

Any arguments against having your friends watch your place and water the plants are advocating murder, plain and simple.

If you are adult enough to purchase a plant you are adult enough to deal with the potential consequences; having to water them properly, having to tend their soil, give them enough sunlight. I have no sympathy for the murderers who purchase plants without the intent to care for them.

It's about time people who have the common sense to understand that each plant is a life wrestled control of this country from the socialist sapling killers.
