Any software for making emoticons?
For some damn reason I can find how to make everything from nuclear bombs to Scampi Ala Becky on the web but can't find a tutorial for creating emoticons.
Anybody know? |

1) Draw a circle
2) Paint on the appropriate face Seriously, there is no special technique. Just learn how to use a painting program and you'll figure it out. SpaceAce |
