You guys are really strange. If someone is using unlicensed content you cry. If someone rips your designs you moan. Gallery submitters are bitching when TGPs open their sites in frames.

But when some lazy ass webmasters are stealing the entire work of a TGP (it's not only mine but approx. 20-30 others as well) then that's OK. That webmasters and reviewers have to work several hours each day to get a unique list for their sites. And others are stealing that work, probably 100+ hours of daily work.

It's understandable that those boneprone dick suckers say it's all right. And I understand that all who use such scripts write their funny stuff here. But it's not OK. What those webmasters are doing is still theft.

The really funny part is that most of these guys started with cheating. Most of you have forgotten. And now cause they have some traffic on their sites they are the good guys and the successful webmasters.

this guy has every right to be upset. Reviewing galleries for quality and writing descriptions is WORK, costs him his time or an employee's. Whoever is harvesting other people's galleries without permission is as much a thief as somebody who uses unlicensed content.


Sad thing is that if PK came on GFY with a list of link sites that took her links with her descriptions, there's be 10 pages of outrage and offers to take out the offenders.

Yeah it sucks as it is hard to brand a TGP as quality. Look how few have risen up to that level. But why not just let them take them and redirect to the paysite or a sponsor hosted gallery? I can think of ways to make money off of what they are doing.

The people that are profiting from this fellow's hard work, Boneprone INCLUDED should either stop spidering his site or make good. It's not right to get ahead on someone else's shoulders. A pig is a pig no matter what color you paint it, and theft is still theft, intangible though it may be in this case.

Because it takes tons of resources to redirect hundreds of thousand hits per day. He already tried sending it all to colsole/dialer hell till the server could not take it anymore and was about to croak. So for him to redirect the crap traffic he will have to spend more money on another box. Those guys are in for a big suprize though when they find half their links go to a popup hell and dialer traps.

Its just amazing how many on here live in their own little fantasy world at GFY. I guess its the only place where even the little people can feel big. :1orglaugh

YO Stram here's the deal.

It doesnt justify shit, but in my mind it made me feel better.

For 2 years these bastards were spidering my site, ripping my gallereis and descriptions. I told em to take the shit down endless times and no. Piss me off.

When I made my catagory site, I derived my gallereis from 4 sources.

1. My own submissions from trusted webmasters who know the submit emial address.

2. My own database of galleries

3. The Zulu Database (where i get most my gallereis) with full permission of the owner. ( it hink you have a lot of gallreis there)
First do you submit your gallereis at the Zulu Database?
I get about 80% of my shit form there with permission from the owner. Its a family database Ive been able to use for sometime now. Over 1 million gallereis in my database are from there. With full permission.


4. (and this may very well be where SOME of your gallries are poping up on my site) From the fucker who was spidering and me.
I decided to give him a taste of his own medicine, the guy who I battled it our with for years ripping me, I decided it was my turn to rip him. I even sent the fucker a note letting him know I was gunna rip his ass. He didnt really like that in fact he has been DNS attacking me for sometime now.

But untill I can get to his Country for vacation this Fall and break his legs I will continue to rip him. Giving him a taste of his own medicine is how I work.

Only 10 to 15% of my galleries come from him so I dont see how you are getting a lot of traffic?

Give me your domains either here or on icq and i will see where they are coming from. I can even tell you the specfic catagory they are listed at.

But I dont spider your sites bud. I just rip fromthe fucker who fucked me for so many years. 10 -15% isnt much but it made me feel better.

Give me those domains of your galleries so i can have them permanantly removed. Ill blacklist the domain or stop riping his catagory alltogether.

I have a strong feeling though I get a lot of your gallereis from the zulu databse however. THats where 80% of my shit comes from. If you dont like your gallereis used elswhere dont submit there. ITs a "family" database.

But the fact that that list is sooooo long of sites may explain the fact that they are not all ripping him off but perhaps are all getting it from the same source like a zulu database or some other place.

Either with full permission or not full permission.

But I can tell you right now 5-6 of those sites on Stams list are owned by the same person, and that person is the same guy who ripped me. I know for a fact xapster was ripped from this guy too, and he along with me have taken some revenge against em casue i see xapsters domain on stams list too.

I don't submit these galleries. The only sites where they get listed are my own TGPs. So when they pop up somewhere else including my descriptions then it's odd. When I browse these sites and I see other galleries that got submitted to my sites again with descriptions I wrote then you can't tell me that's from that mentioned database.

And have a look at the sites I've listed. They all have the same layout and probably are using the same script. I've asked one of these domain owners and he admitted the script is looking on other sites for links.

Whenever you're confronted with a huge htaccess file, turn it inside out-> do an htaccess that only allows no referer or from just your TGP.

Stramm, I spider two spider sites on that list. I bitched about this about 1 year ago - nobody gave two shits back then when it was just pichunter. Now, this is much more common. I think it's just a matter of "if you cant beat em, join em". While I do own some spider sites, I also have about 500 submit partner accounts, probably 250-350 are active, too.

Anyway, I really dont want to piss you off, as I was basiacally saying the same thing 12 months ago, and it was like spitting into the wind. Just send me a list of your domains, and I'll make sure they dont appear on any of my pages. Not only will I ban then in the scripts, I'll do a search and delete any I have.
