Which one is the best overall?

Right now I am considering ucj or tm3

i use tm3 which is excellent. although if you asked around you'll probably find there's as many swear by ucj as they do tm3. you wouldn't go far wrong with either. i think tm3 is cheaper which is one obvious plus point.
