If a girl is really flat chested or really saggy, then well done implants would be far more attractive then a flat saggy chest, but girls who already have decent shaped naturals should leave them be.

Nipple-placement... its all about nipple-placement. It's the Highschool kids and uglies that focus on size. They (boobies) can be big or small, but if the nips are staring at her toes, that's just whack. The only problem is that most fake titties are adjusted for good nipple placement... so I lean to the surreal 50% of the time.
