my biggest accomplishment over the past 2 years: reaching a monthly membership base of 10,000 - that was a huge goal of mine (sitting at over 13K now). also, switching completely over to exclusive video about 2 years ago, and making it work.

and of course, reaching 10K posts on gfy ;)

what i'm looking forward to: moving to Montreal part-time this fall. taking a couple of courses at Mcgill. and starting another exclusive video site...

two years ago: working for adultcheck... pretty much on the way out thanks to a lil cock fuck whose last named ends with "Testes". Was just starting to develop my graphic design career before fucked in the ass along with several other good employees.

worked for another avs after that, got sued by AC for it...got dropped. a year later, got an offer from Matrix Content (my dream job) and took it... closed the sites 7 months later and moved to Max. been happy ever since....

I work in Northridge. :(

The drive is becoming old and tiresome.

Peter Romero 06-11-2003 02:16 AM

Redshoe... DUDE! You should be happy! That picture you took @ dinner with Amp was the most inspiring shot I have seen in years. It is now my screensaver.

Opened the Ditmas Deli, then the A-1 Food mart on Coney Island avenue in Brooklyn.

Found GFY and got to enjoy all the times we have all shared over the last year.

Closed the NY Deli operations and moved back home to Philly and started out here on a thing of my own and growing the business in MY vision.....

Shooting 100% amatuer content here almost every other night here in Philly and just enjoying the commute across the house in the morning from main house to office space (40 feet from door to door)

Developing the master plans for the future now, today its a toss up of what college course to take (Relating to web design) or what boat to look at buying for rollin in the ocean this summer down in Jersey.

Lily 06-11-2003 09:46 AM

Two years ago I was living in a nice apt. with my sister, but had been forced to move from my primo spot in downtown Seattle because I couldn't afford it anymore. I had half the sites I have now (if that) and none of the kick ass technology I use. I probably employed about 25 people.

When 2003 is over, I'll have made 5 times as much as I made in 2001 (and 2001 was actually my first good year...the first year I made more than my dad does lol) and employ over 50 people. I purchased a house last year with some land and an awesome mountain view and I've been having fun landscaping it. I got custody of two of my infant cousins and I'll probably have them awhile longer, but I no longer have a roommate. I bought a new car last year too and am thinking about getting another one just for kicks (not counting the minivan I had to purchase to lug around my cousins and nephew). I've started looking for vacation property and plan on purchasing some at the end of next year.

Life is DEFINITELY sweeter than it was 2 years ago.

ok, your drive is 100 times further. I live in NoHo and work in Northridge. It wouldn't be so bad if it weren's so far from the freeways. I'm on the road 20 minutes, justto get to a fucking freeway, then another 20 minutes on the freeway.

Thanks man. The depression is BECAUSE of that picture. I wanna be on Maui so bad I can taste it. No wait, I just haven't brushed since the Luau.

Now it's a matter of planning and setting up for the move. The Mrs. and I are listing out ways to earn more income so that when the time is right we can make the jump.

I did the chatsworth drive for like 3 years... hell yeah it sucks! Too much mileage on the vehicle. But that was over 3 years ago already and since then the mileage has moved nice and slow.

:)
