but it's still my opinion that we shouldn't execute these "detainies" .. especially not without a fair trial.. and I don't mean what ever way we can bend the rules to work in our favor.. I mean like any POW would and should get under the geniva convention.
with world opinion at an all time low for the US... I just don't think we should be pinning more targets on our backs.

They are Al Qeada, thay have declared war on us and killed over 3000 civilians while they were at work.
These scumbags deserve a millitary tribunal where they will still be innocent until proven guilty, and have to be found guilty beyond a resonable doubt. That is American Justice that will be meted out by the millitary.
Or....
Should we turn them over to Germany, who is the only country to convict a conspirer in the Sept 11th attacks?
The convicted man recieved approximately 4 days per dead American. |
