Just finished hand submitting to my list of 160 mgps/tgps and realized that most of the time I spend submitting goes to create a description of the desired length.
A lot of sites doesn't even write how many characters they want, this makes me go from the submission page to the saving page back and forth til I get the correct length.
A couple of weeks ago I created a free script that solves this problem and posted it on videosboard. I can now see that 15-20 sites has started to use it. One site that's using it is Ramis clips:

What it does is to show if your description is of the desired length with a red/green and disables the submit button if you've written an undesired length.
This script is pretty simple to implement and saves both the webmaster and the submitter some time that can be used better, why not for grabbing a beer...
