no it wont be free. because it says in that legal agreement he cannot give them away for free. nowhere does it say however, that he shall not sell them for less than $40 per set as was the claim by someone earlier in the thread.

SoBe it's an amazing deal :thumbsup So good, that despite our differences, I'd like to purchase :) The only thing stopping me (and I suspect many others) from acting on that impulse is the fact that amacontent says you do not have the rights to sell his videos at less than $40 each. So why is it unreasonable for me to raise this issue? Am I making it up? Am I telling any lies? No, I am simply inviting you to convince me and the other potential buyers that your ultra-cheap videos are not too hot to handle.

If my memory serves me correctly amacontent said that the contract above was invalid because a) SoBe never paid him and b) SoBe gave his videos away in conjunction with another deal.

Once again Groove AMA's claims are nothing but lies to help keep prices high so he can make more money. He has said that i have rights to sell, he has said I don't have rights to sell, he has said I dont have model release forms and I do. He has said and lied about many things to keep prices high. I just purchased the sets for $1K on May29th a day or 2 later and this whole shit busted loose.

I am a bit concerned, but have spoken with Joe and he says all will be fine, so as long as I'm covered by both Sobe and Joe on this I could care less as long as I'm not out the $1K.
