    Regarding geting ripped off - Even if Tom Davis TRIED to pull a scam on you, read:

    There has got to be at least 5 people he has successfully ripped off. I was going to call the Attorney General's office earlier this morning, but I wanted to take a nap & give him the opportunity to see quiet's e-mail & this thread. Still no answer, though.

    I think it makes the most sense to compile a list of ALL the people who have been ripped off AND all the people who have stories of how he has tried to get money out of you with the same scam.

                      This guy has used the same $200 gallery submission scheme on like 5 people I know of successfully and ripped them all off, and yes he was magicman and selling stolen content as well... there are many people who will attest to this, including Va2K and Tam at PIB whom he also scammed.. Don't fall for it.

                                                  He did some submissions for me in April.

                                                  It was my first time contracting out TGP submissions.

                                                  He apparently did some, because I saw some traffic out of it. However, I got no major listings from the 30 days worth he did.

                                                  I never got any clear answers about where they were sent to or access to his server logs of hits and traffic.

                                                  I just expect someone to be way on top of things if I am FedEx'ing them a check.

                                                  After reading the rip-off posts, however, I was a bit scared having sent him 600 or so images for promo...

                                                              I contacted the Attorney General in my state, who are thankfully helpful as fuck. They said they will launch an investigation, and try to conotact him on my behalf to see what the deal is. I just have to fill out a form online.

                                                              The good 'ol boys in North Carolina are a different story, this fucking idiot tells me after repeatedly asking over and over again to explain what a "galleray submit sorvice is sposed ta be" that I can't file a report because there's no crime commited yet. He says "you gotta give the boy a fightin' chance" and "he could be sleeping, or dead for all you know". To which I asked how he would feel if he payed 200 dollars and never heard a word. He just came across as lazy. Long story short, If I can't prove anything [which in my opinion, is their fucking job] All I can do is file a civil suit through North Carolina's Magistrate.

                                                              Unless:

                                                              I can get more people who have kept documented information of him trying to scam and or actually getting scammed by this piece of shit. In this case, I can file a criminal report.

                                                              Funny thing is, if I can get him liable in a civil suit, then criminal charges will be brought against him. WHat the fuck? You know the first thing a judge is going to say is "why did'nt you file a police report?".

                                                              Bullshit.

                                                              ANyway, hopefully, my local government will help me out, but I really need all the people that complained about this fuck to step forward. The more evidence we give these rednecks, the less their going to dig into adult. Which I would imagine would be a good thing considering the level of ignorance with this gentleman I talked to.

                                                                              However, Tom Davis did do some contract TGP submitting for me for a period of about 60 days.

                                                                              He did OK, and I could tell by the traffic he was actually doing some work.

                                                                              Now, a few days ago, he called me at home, said he had a very important bill to pay, and offered me a very good deal on doing some contract submitting. He needed me to western union him $200 within the hour. He sounded somewhat distressed.

                                                                              I sensed there was something up, but my midwestern upbringing has been to believe people, particularly when I have done business with them in the past. Luckily, $200 isn't very much $.

                                                                              He said he would get back to me later in the day with some particulars, after he received the money.

                                                                              I got a receipt from western union that he picked up the $ in Rocky Mount NC.

                                                                              The only reason I write this is just to tip others off.

                                                                              I mostly feel sad that someone who could be making real money with me is in a life situation that he might need to do something like this. I make deals with people all the time by my word. I fedexed Mr. Davis several thousand dollars for work he said he would do, and I believe he did do.

                                                                              Now it comes to this.
