Allow hotlinking from specifick domain?

Is it possible to allow hotlinking from a specific domain?

For example i want the domain hot.com to be able to hotlink all my pictures that i host on pictures.com

Right now i have .htaccess set up to disallow all hotlinks, how can this be changed?

This is possible, run a google.com search on "htaccess generator" and you will find what you seek.
