surfers cookies disabled ?
I've found it in the ToS of a few sponsors...:
Signups won?t be tracked by SPONSOR X if the customer refuses to be tracked (by disabling cookies). it it really the case? don't most sponsors use other methods for tracking sales nowadays ?
