All in all 200.00 to me is alot of cash. In perspective its alot to anyone. To be honest though it is a cheap lesson. This by no means you have to be ultra cynical. You just feel your gut out. i bartered with him and got $100 for 30 days if i hosted it instead of him hosting for 60 days for $250. technically it hasn't really been long enough to say that he cheated me yet, but i'm not looking with hope into this incident.

and assuming he does get over on me, makes me feel like an idiot and i'm going to be a hell of a lot more careful with people i work with. been fortunate enough not to get got so far, guess i've been lucky. adds quite a depressing mood to an already shitty day. oh well i guess :) lesson learned. and it sucks, because i'm usually pretty good about decisions with money, and usually research the fuck out of things before i buy, but i was trying to "help a brotha out", he and i had talked before about content but i never bought. didn't have what i wanted at the time. i was also very, very tired. dammit.

Well, I've found out 5 people have talked to this Tom Davis guy since he first 'made a deal' with me, $250 from PayPal, though he only got $220 because of $30 Western Union fee.

Could everyone that has had problems or has been frauded by Tom Davis please ICQ me at 129060301 - I am going to contact many, many authorities.

I also just found out that he's trying to sell gallery-service.com and make a disappearing act.

He got ahold of me a few months ago trying to get me to buy some of his content.
At the time, I can't remember if he had a website or anything.
I do remember, I told him I was looking for male centerfold type photos and he emailed them to me.
Pressed me for a few days to buy his shit.
Telling me some sorry, I don't remember. but needed the money asap because something happened.

TFG I didn't buy anything from him.
Something just smelled wrong when someone comes off desperate to give something away for nothing.

I dunno..maybe its just me.
But, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the photos either.

Most people weren't ripped off buying photos, they were ripped off by him giving a too-good-to-be-true discount on his gallery-service.com submittion service.

I believe he claimed to be an owner of www.faproductions.com though I found out he only worked for him once and that it was a mistake on faproductions's real owner.

I got fucked over by someone when I was pretty new.

He got over 4500.00 dollars from me over about 6 months. Offering shoots and other things never delivered.

I bailed the guy out of Jail with my credit card one night. Went to the jail in Santa Ana at 2am even. Still thinking he was my friend..

Short story, he fucked me and didn't ever pay even a dollars back. I bailed his ass out of jail and everything.

BTW he is still friends with my ex wife.
