been there, not much you can do without being a dick. if you invited him to come live with you then you should have checked out how he kept his previous place. the only exception is the money thing, if he consistantly pays you late then that would be a good reason to ask him to find a new place.

Rule #1 of roommates - If you aint hittin it, why you livin with it??

If he is not on the lease anywhere, He is your invited guest that can be bounced at anytime.

I have tossed guys out of rental properities when their buddies or girlfriend had them "move in" without adding them to the lease and things got funky like late rent, complaints from other tennants in the same duplex.

You get 30 minutes to clear out, then I call the police to remove them without cooperation. Amazing to watch them just pack it up and bounce 99% of the time.

Young guys ( under 25) the most problematic people to rent to, they are just a fucking disaster area. Never on time with the rent, constant complaints from neighbors and drama queens overall.

Female tennants are MUCH easier to deal with, at least they can get one of their dicks, or a few of them to pay her rent, car payments and really take care of the apartment as well.....

I had a young guy renting turn the place into a small backpackers - he would go to the next touristy town and solicit them off the buses. yay for me. I only found out from a friend of his ex girlfriends bumping into me.
