Hmm I know about a new co-lo data center that just opened in NJ that is leasing space, I know of another big hosting company that just moved into it so that they can be redundant, could be?

If you really want to find this guy you could hire a professional. Maybe one of those bail recovery companies or some other bounty hunter. Some of those guys are seriously fucked up. I'm sure they're not cheap, though.
