Sounds like you are in need of a serious vacation.....Take a month off and just forget about everything....

Don't worry the work will still be there and then some.....but sometimes you just have to say fuck it and leave.

Do something outdoors....get some fresh air or fresh pollution whatever the case may be where you live.....Just get out before you have a nervous breakdown....
