How to start ?

As soon as nobody want to buy my webcam site, I want to try making money with it myself. But I am not webmaster and don't know how to start.
From first look I have 2 problems:
1. Where and how I can get few models working on it ?
2. How I can get traffic for that models ?
I think this 2 things should be solved the same time as it is live.

May be I need to go ahead another way, for example put free pics there and wait for traffic for a week or two and then get models online.

Can you help me with it ?

Your site is very nice but I see several problems

1) No webmaster affiliate link
2) The signup form does not show tghe credit card processor. This is not mandatory, but users recognize ccbill or other major processors logos, so they trust them.
3) The SSL certificate belongs to another site and is expired. If you have moved to a new host remember to update the SSL certificate. If you are on a virtual hosting plan request the admin to build a certificate for your site or it will use the default server certificate that belongs to the main server site.

Is that easy to get SSL certificate for adult site like this ?

Well starting a webcamcommunity is extreamly hard...
1. dorks sign-up when they see nice girls
2. to get nice girls you need lotsa webmasters
3. to get webmasters you need lotsa nice girls...

The bad thing is that you must get girls and drive traffic in one week. If you don't manage it the girls get away... I would advise you to try promoting an existing webcamcommunity to understand how it works.
