It has come to my attention that a lot of people in this bizz are called any of the above names. Is this because those names are picked often by the parents or are they usually fake names?

Never really noticed that myself. Those are pretty common names, there are probably a lot of Bob's and Dave's in this business too. Although you may be right, people may be more likely to use those as fake names for some reason, who the fuck knows.
