I had one and I liked it. I also had a Sega Master System (8 bit) and a SNES, I seem to remember the games on these two systems a lot better, I might have had more fun with them, I don't know.

And yeah, Double Dragon I remember, sweet..

Metroid! Ahh, man I loved the NES.

Super mario brothers sold me on the thing. Zelda, Metroid, Kid Icarus, Rygar, Castlevania, Punchout, Gradius, Life Force, Final Fantasy...

The NES was the best bang for the buck ever. Sooo many good titles, so much fun. *sigh* I miss that.

Tecmo Bowl ruled.
Metroid <B>double</B> ruled.
Hydlyde ruled because it was so hard.
Tetris ruled.
Desert Commander ruled.

I loved Kid Icarus! That game was so cool and whimsical.

Life Force, Contra and several other games:

Up-Up-Down-Down-Left-Right-Left-Right-B-A-Start (No, you did <B>not</B> need a second B-A).

I recently rented Rygar for my Playstation 2 and I have to say, for an update of an old game it's pretty damn good.

I still have my original Atari 2600 and Nintendo 8bit!
I tried playing them both again a couple of months ago and couldn't do half the stuff I used too.

Okay, I liked all 3 Mario Bros. games, Zelda I and II, Dr. Mario, Tetris, Street Fighter II, and a ton of games I probably can't remember.

I still have a Super Nintendo and a lot of the good Nintendo games were released on it, such as Super Mario Bros I to III on one cartridge and all the Ninja Gaiden games on one cartridge. I think Super Nintendo was a little more fun (for me at least) than Nintendo.

Okay, just remembered a few more games I liked...Bart vs. the Space Mutants, Friday the 13th, Addams Family.

Yeah! The PS2 Rygar was a total surprise. It was really well done, and pretty fun too. I wasn't expecting that.

Contra! Forgot about that.

Anyone remember this one?

JUSTIN BAILEY

Hehe, along with the classic konami up up down down code... suckers never left my head.

Also reminds me of EGM magazine way back when. I picked up an issue, and they gave some massive code to play Simon Belmont (Castlevania) in the TMNT arcade game.

It was an impopssible code, but after spending 3 entire days, I was able to input the code. I was positive I was hitting it all right.

Well, next issuse of EGM comes out, and they say it was their april fools day joke.

Needless to say, I canceled my subscription. (sour grapes!)

I had every old nintendo game build-into my x-box, using Xecuter2 chip.

The graphics look soooo shitty... but the games still rock.
