Not worth it... I know this is hypothetical but you're a young guy and you need to maintain your lifestyle for at least 70+yrs, plus if you have kids or want kids, it's nice to start them off in life right. What happens if you get sick? That's gonna take bank if you don't have health insurance.

What kinda future biz are you gonna do? You honestly think you're gonna make the same bank in another biz that quick??

There's to many if's and's and butt's... just my :2 cents:

I'm 40y/o.....12x gross monthly.....so lets say around 3.6 million
plus what I have now in real estate other businesses....not to many ifs for me....

In a couple of years, I plan on honing my skills in fishing and start tournament fishing....
