You CANNOT resale content with a standard license. Every content providers licenses forbid reselling. Period.

"Grant Of License
Licensor owns the Product and grants Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable web license to publish the Product on their web site(s). Titles and ownership of the Product are retained by Licensor and no legal rights are transferred or relinquished by Licensor. Any sums paid by the Licensee to the Licensor are for the rights to use the Product and are NOT FOR THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT."

So, out of interest, if my license was for a domain and not for me as a person would i be able to sell it if i sold the domain also?

Some licences are transferable, but you will have to pay a fee to your content provider - read your contract.

Most likely yes, but to be on the safe side I'd email the provider and let them know you are selling the domain with the site on it, unless it specifically says you can do that in your license without notifying them.
