Why are you being a jackass about this? It's a little bit different when you are just bullshitting on a board but talking shit to customers?

I throw whatever url I check my mail at on sites when I sign up and I also don't like random people calling my house so I can order. This is the internet. I wouldn't have answered the phone if you called 1000 times and I didn't recognize the number.

So in other words, the guy was checking out your site maybe seeing how the shopping cart system worked (making orders and following through to see how it goes), how orders were placed, if it was instant download etc and in 10 MINUTES YOU killed his password?

10 minutes? You watch all the people who surf your site like this?

And as far as his phone being an answerring machine, how many of us have phone lines set up with answering machines?

Charly you are unprofessional and this is proof.

You killed a client in 10 minutes just for checking out yur site, and you use the silliest thing as justification.

The next time you brag about being in this biz for 20+ years, maybe stop and think about how to conduct business before you brag about doing so for so long.
