As you know 90% of American partnership programs don?t work with Russia.. And a advanced webmaster know this! If hi like the site, he will contact support and ask if it possible to advertise it.
If he contact support, the owner can understand that webmaster is advanced or is just a carder and make a decision to let him in or not? As usually a advanced Russian webmaster will not go and promote a partnership were he cannot receive money they prefer to advertise Russian sites were he will be payd 100%.

So you see the only the bad part of Russia people! the carders who have no idea in this biz.. and scammers.

So if you want to work with Russian webmasters I advice first to ask about him on Crutop or Master-X . You will be surprised how much traffic can bring a advanced Russian webmaster ;)

i just find it funny how russians find the 10% of the programs that will allow them, ask for everything under the sun, then scam the hell out of it, then feign ignorance.

90% of programs don't accept russians and the like cuz 90% of them lie, cheat & steal. never seen one exception to the rule in 4 years, still waiting for one to prove me wrong.
