Know the feeling well... there is no cure, but to stop using mouse.
And.. if you continue with it. your hand can end up in a kinda mess - been there - done that - "repetitive strain injury" is a pain in the ass :-) |

wacom tablets for graphics, micro$haft fingertip trackball for general mouse replacement
the msoft fingertip trackball is no tthe same as thumb trackballs as you use your fingers to control the ball and can get used to it to the point of using it instead of a mouse... helped more for wrist pains than hand fatique though
