Market? There is no market to "spoon feed". My music gets no radio play, it gets no video play, and the bands are typically flat broke and cannot tour. Its the price you pay for not being pretty. The whole scene is fed by us, and not vice versa. But I digress.

it's all good.... I'm completely comfortable with what I listen to and what I don't. I used to listen to the hard ass heavy shit too.... about 12 years ago. Tastes change. I don't care for that stuff anymore. Too dark and angry. Not that I don't understand it, it's just not the atmosphere I prefer to live in anymore.

But to each his own. The thing that irritates me is when you (or whoever) comes in and says something like 'listen to real metal you pansy".... When you post your stuff, I don't come behind you and tell you to listen to Papa Roach. That's great you wanna listen to that shit, but I don't. I never will. I downloaded one of Fletch's tunes he posted the other night and it was the worst fucking thing I ever heard. I'd rather have my spine removed than hear it again.

Whatever 'image' you have, want, don't have, don't want, feel you need, are trying to escape, or have a lack of... it makes no damn difference to me. The bottom line for me is the music, not any image the music represents. And my opinion is that type of music blows cock. You like it? Fabulous. I prefer to stay a corporate sheep and listen to something decent.
