If you have "X" amount of dollars and this Acacia comes out of now where, what you going to do? Sink in tens of thousands of dollars and go broke, or take what you have, and make a little more on the way out the door?

Acacia sued a bunch of companies, Lace being one of them.
Most of the companies responded to the lawsuit and are FIGHTING THIS FIGHT, for themselves, and for you.
5 companies just ignored the lawsuit completely, Lace was one of those companies.
Acacia got default judgements against the 5 companies and then got injunctions against them.
Acacia is now enforcing those injunctions against the 5 companies that NEVER BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO THE LAWSUIT!
Lace is one of those 5 companies.
