At least once daily unless there are extenuating circumstances. If I had been out in the heat for awhile, or exercising, or in the sea, or pool then probably more often. Other than that I can't see the need for more than one a day. How dirty can a person get sitting at a computer?

If you`ve said french I would have concurred. At least once a day is common where I live(Norway). People who skip the daily routine just end up dirty. No way around that fact.
