I placed order for an exclusive shoot. The person ...who I will leave nameless for now ....sent me pic of the model. I said OK ,when can you shoot it. he said " I WILL SHOOT IT MONDAY"
and would FTP it to me Teusday. I said OK, I sent him my model releases and a 50% deposit.
Friday comes along..still no FTP..after a couple of excuses..I finally get the scene today. Heres where the problems start
The format was not even close to what I needed. I needed mpg1 @ 2000 kbps and he sent me 200kbps.
He tells me he only has releases in his company form..he said..I THOUGHT YOU WANT STOCK FOOTAGE. Keep in mind he told me he would :SHOOT IT MONDAY"
Then later on I realize,,,the video location set is different from the picyure location set. Different couch, different walls, different room. I said HOLY FUCKIN SHIT. When I ICQ him to bitch and point this out he says,,,well I shot 2 scenes on Monday and just mixed up pic sets when earlier today he fuckin told me he gave me stock footage.
Now this is coming from a guy who answers custom shoot ads all day long. What I wanna know is has anyone had this problem and what should I do...reveal his name and take loss on money. Hes also saying he cant refund money. now He doesnt have paypal.
