i dunno what the problem is, the video can be rendered again as a 2000 kbps MPEG, the model releases even if they aren't the ones Joe sent should still be valid and legal. Why does it matter if the room where the video was shot is different than the room where the photoset was shot?

Not us, we havent started selling content yet as I am still trying to set up our back end store. (OsCommerce rocks but its takeing a bit longer to get it set up the way I want it). Although I have about 50 sets and about 100 video's to bring on line.

It sounds like you got the shit end of the stick! I have been though this more than once I am sorry to say. But now I own my own production company! I hate to say this but the best thing to do is cut your losses and start over! I tried letters from attorneys, small claims court, and paying them a, ehem..... Personal visit. the success ratio is shit and even if you manage to get the money you spent so much of your own time chasing it that twice as much cash is now down the drain. Expose this guy so that the rest of us can steer clear and start over. If you need some help obviously I can help. If you want to be pointed in the right direction and get quotes from reputable people I can do that as well!

Ok so all hear what Amacontent told u and now i will post my side of story...
Before 2 months he order some exclusive custom shoots from me...I made those shoots and he simply cancel it saying me he will past that order now...so i said ok n/p what to do....
Now he order from me mature exclusive custom shoots....i told him i will shoot that in monday like i did...i shoot 2 sceenes that day with same acctors..is that forbiden to do????
first he said me to sent them by fedex...on tuesday...then he change his mind and wanted them to be edit and uploaded...i told him i will need some time for editing and for uploading and he said it is ok...i recived 50% of payment from him( 175 $ ) couse total worth was 350$....i recived that trough my friend's pay-pal account couse i don't have it....i recived that on friday i think....when i upload him content like he wanted then he said he don't need it in that format....and to edit again on 2000 kpbs...he didn't told me that before and i tought he need standard 250 kpbs internet format....ok i said again no problems....i will edit it again...then he changed his mind again and wanted to be sent by fedex on original Mini-dv tapes...
again i said him ok n/p it will be done like that...
Then he sent me a message that i sent him wrong pics and that pics are not from same video....Ok PLEASE POST VIDEO AND PICS HERE SO EVERYONE CAN SEE IT IS FROM SAME FUCKING VIDEO!!!!

My computer was hacked last night so i couldn't be on internet and post thread before and tell him that he will get his money back like i just sent him a message now,I don't need his 175$...that is not the price i would accept to ruin my bizz here....i am a hard worker and trying to get my peace of life...
One more thing when i uploaded him my content and when all this happened i just checked something....His Host where i uploaded content is locked now and it is not the same password....and my content is still there with all id's...so think little bit better and say me who is doing bad here...

I have all of the original content available so I would like to show to everyone that I have committed no wrong doing and I am a good business man. I will get this issue squared away with Joe to day and to settle the issue concerning the images I will allow him to pick and choose the photos that he wants from the shoot so that he can see for himself that they were indeed taken on the same day and in the same location as the video.
I am not sure why Joe at AMA Content chose to attach me openly like this when whatever questions or issues that he had regarding the content could have been easily resolved between the two of us in a professional and businesslike manner.

To clear my name and my company name I will post video screen caps and images to the board of the content in question so that everyone can see for themselves.

Please also note that while Joe was complaining that he had sent the money we forgot to mention that he sent the money to the wrong Pay Pal payment e-mail address the first time. Joe never actually made payment until Tuesday May 27th and since the funds were transferred from his bank account to Pay Pal they did not become available until Friday May 30th.
Your order was delivered to you on Saturday May 31st so I am not sure where your complaint about poor delivery time comes up. I am quite sure that when you made payment from your bank account via Pay Pal that you knew the funds would take 3 to 4 days before they arrived.
Were you expecting me to send you the content before I received payment after you had burned me once before in the past?

When you previously ordered custom content from me before and then cancelled your order at the last minute after I had created the content at my own expense I did not blame you and create a big fuss. Now that you have come to do business with me a second time you make false accusations and make it out to seem that it was I who had tried to deceive you in some manner.

This issue will be resolved today so that we can all go back to doing what we do best but as a newbie to this industry I just wanted to make a statement to clear my name of any wrong doing.

He paid via paypal check or bank account option since it took 4 days to clear that usually means a check via paypal.
Which means he had to do the paypal insurance option to be covered.

I know exactly what happened here and they both took it hook like and sinker. It appears that The honorable Joe from AMA is now elevated himself to not only producing but buying content as well. Congratulations Joe. But his years of experience shooting video and dealing with many clients that ask you how high you can jump and then hold out hoops have made him rather ruthless. And then we have a promising producer from (I will bet you on this) Eastern Europe who can jump like a jackrabbit. In the end the two wind up butting heads and you have nothing but fights. It is obvious to me. Where did Joe go wrong? He changed his mind. You don't change your mind. When you change your mind it costs people money. And Mr. Eastern Europe kept saying yes. Why is Joe so ruthless? Because Adult Webmasters are a tough bunch. They are demanding as hell and the content production market is turning into an overseas venture adventure. When we see that the price of an exclusive shoot with resale rights is only $350 bucks, you can then figure out where the market for production is going. So when I offered to do custom exclusive shoots for $300 dollars each? I was not fucking around.

I hate to see the Easter Europe guy felling so disheartened. I was there beat up in the weeds not long ago and it is a shitty place to be. And Joe, I can only tell you what I know. And that is I know Joe personally and have a lot of trust in this guy. I never once think that he will not pay me or give me what I am supposed to get. We have this little argument here about the price of a content set, you have heard it all ready, SoBeGirl is killing the market, etcl? Blah ..Blah, Bblllah.. but he is going to understand that market forces are bigger than both he and I put together. You can?t fight them you just have to move with them and that no one content provider can kill the market. It would take a combined effort and even then the free market will probably still prevail and thank god for that.
